My journey began with a challenge many women know too well — being told that motherhood changes your body forever. I chose to rewrite that story and began a journey to rediscover what strength, resilience, and wellness truly mean.
Over the years, I explored different industries and roles, yet my heart always returned to one calling: health and human potential. I realized that fitness isn’t just about how we look, but about how we feel, move, and nurture ourselves every day.
My belief is simple — every person has the ability to redefine their limits with the right guidance, positivity, and self-love.
I trained under the guidance of Yogi Dharmaraj Aasan, immersing myself in both the discipline and the philosophy of holistic fitness. Along this path, I became certified in:
